and temporary staff during the peak seasons. When employment opportunities arise, the Human Resources department co-ordinates
recruitment activities for most positions.

Marina Office Coordinator
The Hamilton Port Authority is currently looking for a Marina Office Coordinator to assist the Marina Manager on a daily basis, provide administrative support services and assist customers at the counter and on the telephone.
Key Responsibilities
- Frontline interaction with customers
- Answering phones
- Prepare payroll hours
- Preparing billings & process payments
- Track vacation
- Prepare all Navision forms ex: slip renewal, haul out, launch
- Hiring and supervision of fuel dock staff, prepare staffing schedules
- Process daily & monthly remittances & maintain office petty cash
Minimum Education / Experience Required
- Community College - Administration an asset
- Marine background preferred
